Alright, I'll start off to say,this is just me being wierd, and I have no intentions of hurting anyones feelings, so please, don't get cross with me.
NOW
I just casted my vote for the presidency, and senator, and house of represntative. And low and behold I get this sticker saying, "I VOTED." For the hell of it, I put it on my head, and so far today, have not taken it off. But the best part is when one of the states news crews, and those goes who randomly select ppl to see who someone voted for, so they can theorize who's winning, come up running at me. So there I am, on camera, with 3 ppl talking to me, and a BIG sticker on my head. "Who did you vote for?" "What made you decide?" "Do you think it was the right choice?" I was sort of overwelmed by this all, and so answered the only way, my F**KED up mind could. Here it is.
"I voted for the lesser dumbass, of the two dumbasses.....As for the other two.....I just closed my eyes and picked a button (<---these 2 where only for my state :p ) Well, all in all, I got some shocked faces, and a HUGE laugh from myself. I laughed so hard at them I cried. Well that's until the woman reporter stomped my foot LOL. But Eh....I'm having fun at least. So now I'm wondering around campus getting strange looks from people, and nasty remarks, and just pointing at them and then my head saying "HEY....." I love this day......best fun I've had all this year.

Well, at least your honest......If a reporter were to ask those questions to me....I'll be stuttering, a lot, and I might say to mind their own business on who I voted for.

btw...I still have the sticker on, LOL. Oh, and I told a professor I have about what I did too. He simply gave me a high five, and some extra credit points too, LOL.

Yeah....to me, both are assholes not worthy of being president. But with my luck, Mc Caine...my least favorite of both assholes would win with 1 vote, so I voted for the other, Obama, who is less of an asshole, but still an asshole. So if he wins by 1 vote....I'll be a little happy.....but still worried about this bloody countries future. I would have prefered Hillary over Obama, but it seems she didn't get it  so I chose Obama. (HEY....At least with Hilary she could have the 1st Man give her pointers LOL). But seriously now......WHY the hell did these two get picked from all the potential canidates?
(If you have a problem with this...PLZ...keep it to yourself. If you still feel obligated to say something, then do it, but I will ignore it, and not even verify it's there........just saying....Cheerio and CIAO)

I just did that, Symphony, and the results are pretty one-sided. With the exceptions of Macedonia (15.6% Obama, 84.4% McCain), and Albania and Lesotho (both 50-50, though Lesotho only had two people voting), every country involved in that voting has more votes for Obama than for McCain (including, I just noticed, USA).

I don't think it counts as an actual vote, Lidia, so I don't think it excuses you from getting off your butt and going out to vote. Though I may be wrong.
Henk, I'm afraid I've gotta break it to you, Symphony's a guy. Don't worry, you're not the first to make that mistake, and I doubt you will be the last.

I have to admit, aside from the basic morality behind it, the two hours that I spent in line didn't really seem to be justified by the sticker, either. In retrospect, I should've demanded a gift-basket. |
