I'm curious and can't recall, did you originally plan for her to have her own comic Vanessa, or did this stem from her popularity from the Strip Tease Theater?

The second reason! During Scarlett's strip tease I received many favorable remarks about the character, and at the time I was gathering informations about the gothic lolitas and assembling small bats for necklaces and earrings for a comic con during Halloween (LuccaComics 2006), and the people to which I showed Scarlett's bio told me that it would have been fantastic for me to dedicate her a story and that a goth vampire character was necessary to complete the PBB's Victorian universe (remember Bram Stoker's Dracula?); therefore I immediately begun writing a structure for the character. The topic in which I announced my idea was dated June 20, 2006

Finster's name was modified due to the suggestion of a member of german heritage, that suggested me the most suitable name.

I do recall that thread. ^_^

Something was poking me that said it didn't start that way, but thats one of the wonderful things of an interactive web comic. A good idea that gets enough speed can take off running and become a comic in its own right.

Which is why yours is truly a wonderful site Vanessa. ^^; Though, the more popular it becomes, I'm afraid it'll only make your boat load of work even larger than anticipated. I do hope you still get some time to rest those delicate hands of yours. ^_^
