Yes, if you go to the Contact Us page, there is a section called CCBILL.
It has a link to the customer service. When you click on the customer service button, you need to provide it any 2 of 3 pieces of information, to pull up your account information. This CCBILL customer service page also gives you subscription information for other websites that you may have joined.

The Horoscope section in the New Members section (Main Content) you are presented with only 1 Horoscope and it is changed based on the current Horoscope range. In the Loyal Members section, you get the entire Monthly Horoscope that has been previously updated.
