Fusion will be included but you'll have to wait until next year to get them and as far as I know the full GBA list hasnt been released yet but it mainly sucks since i already own more than half of the list.

you just simply type in your wireless hub keys (found Back of Hub) into the system, it's easy. Just click on setting into your main menu and click on internet settings.

Ok, so I think I've connected my 3DS to the net. I followed the tutorial dude a little clumsily and he did this test on the connection and apparetnly it's connected. But apparently I can't actually acess the browser until I get some sstem update. Do I gotta do that manually or does that come automatically?
My laptop, PS3 and 360 never did any of that stuff. All I did was get them to search for the connection then I punched in my passcode and away I went.

you have to do it manually, click on settings, then Other Settings, and then scroll to System Update, in which your 3DS would then be Updated.

It's the last button at the very bottom of the menu.

If rikardo had remembered to mention that important little detail, before I went through the hassle of connecting my 3DS to the internet, just so I could find and buy the frickin' game, I wouldn't have lost my temper.

Well to be honest, I wasn't too sure that the offer would only go to the ones who bought the 3DS whilst it was £220. Are you sure you've checked the 'Games you've Downloaded' button, the games would be at the very bottom?

I checked it. It said that I haven't downloaded anything. And if being an ambassador means having to have bought the 3DS when it first came out, then I am not an ambassador. My 3DS is less than 4 months since being bought.
