((Tearlach,
None to worry. Silv seems to take a perverse pleasure in finding every last mistake, real or immagined, in any of my posts... I think it's because he takes offense to the fact that I mention how much he stalks and greets every new girl on this forum like they're a piece of meat for him to devour. It's kinda sad really.
Anyway, Tearlach, none to worry.
Silv,
I did read 45's post. At no time, in said post, was it implied that 45 meant to say "into". Shoot, I could make the argument that 45 said "she made a kilt and short skirt". Anyway, my point still stands. A skirt is not a kilt, and a kilt is not a skirt.)) |

((On a total side note, I find this oddly amusing. Why? Because no one is perfect. It's why pencils have erasers. And yes, I know my grammar isn't perfect. I miss possessive apostraphes all the time, and my spelling can be hit-or-miss. And American-style-English, which is the correct English btw, no extra "ou"s for us, is my primary language. Still, it reminds me of the whole TGWTG post where he comedically goes over his top eleven biggest mistakes.
Anyway, point being, no one is perfect. I misread 45's post, and thought he was calling a skirt a kilt. My bad. My reply was suppossed to be somewhat entertaining. I don't tend to type a lot of emoticons... and yes the whole "American-English-is the-correct-English" is a joke too.
Oh, and as a second, odd, aside, try answering the phone correctly. See how many times you catch yourself saying "It is me" and not "It is I".)) |

guy... my sister in law dressed me up.. she made a kilt a short skirt D8. | The Kilt was no longer a Kilt. A Kilt is long, typically knee length. "Short skirt" implies that it was at least mid thigh. So unless they wear kilts that are the length of a cheerleader's skirt, I suggest you make sure you are reading someone's post correctly before verbally assaulting them again.[/quote]
umm salvo it was passed my knees then my sister said. "no thats to long." and then gor the sissors and cut it to just below mid thigh.(its where i told her to stop she was going to make it shorter...) _________________ Alvy Harston
