it also could be the way you sleep luna... try sleeping with some thing between your legs like a pillow or a blanket thats if you sleep on your side. if you sleep on you back elivate you legs slightly with a pillow or extrablanket when you lay down.

Anyway, there are alot of good plans in here..some of them you can do all at once.

Hot Showers/Baths
Shiatsu Back Massage Pads for your chair
Find a rubber ball or even something thats hard and roll your back over it slowly
Exercise gently to help the muscles become stronger
Medical Assistance.

is you have back pains you can do this.

go to a gym talk to a trainer and ask him/ her for some advice.

I had it to , but I train my back 3 time a week and my back is stronger and with less pain.


I have sometimes some pain but that is only if I over stepp my limit.
