Well, after a month of trying my wife is finally pregnant. What a fantastic day today is. 9 Months seems like far to long to wait, but I'm excited all the same. Anyways, enough about me. Anyone else have, or will be having children? Or do you never want them? _________________ don't worry I'm just your average quantum physicist

Joking aside it is a truly wounderful experience bring a new life in to the world. I wish all the best for both of you and your new baby. |
Well, it was a 9 hour shift at work, the 2 hours in bed with her, every day, for a month. So yes, im actually very exhausted. But thank you all the same. _________________ don't worry I'm just your average quantum physicist

Congrats. Its a lovely thing to have a child that you cherish. For me, I have alot of work with school, work, family issues, and personal preference to not have one. I don't intend to have a child till I'm in a more stable lifestyle, better job, have a house and all the necessities. _________________

My dad did'nt raise no fools, though I wish I could say the same thing about my sister lol, since she already had a child at 20. She's in the coast guard like I was, so she has the financial disposition. _________________

I don't want to burst your bubble, but 9 months is a big gap for things to go wrong. But still, great thing to be happy about. _________________

If I'm not mistaken, it's actually 10 months. Think I remember hearing that somewhere before.
Anywho, congrats to you. My wife and I would like to have kids one day, but at present we feel we need some more stability in our lives before trying to throw a baby into the mix. |

a normal pregnancy is 40 weeks long if a month was exactly 4 weeks long then it would be 10 months gestation but since most months are between 4-5 weeks it gets knocked to 9 months _________________ Star Silver
