Thanks Tursi,but being a warrior is and will always will be a harsh, dark road to and through Hell for me.I've lost many good friends,I've lost the respect of people that used to call me a friend,I've experienced the horrors of war,and I've become a pariah by own family so I have to take care of myself.I can tell you that this is probably one of the most critical decisions of my life and I'll be right for myself and wrong to others.

I truly admire your strength and determination, Mr. DesertWolf.
You went all through those horrible event in the past, and you manage to maintain your emotions without experienced a mental breakdown. And you accept the past event and continue on what you want to do and what it feels right to you.

Thanks Lidia I appreciate your admiration of me.I do have to say that I always experience an emotional breakdown when it comes to my personal life and I'm not ashamed to admit it but alot of my memories bring about my dark,angry side and I try not to go back to that if at all possible.

Well today is a bittersweet day for me.First and foremost it's my birthday but now for some more news.I've decided to take the job with A.W.G. and as of August 16th at 0700(7:00a.m.) I'll be on the next flight out to Afghanistan.

Thanks guys,but with my job what I'll be doing over there contradicts everything I've been taught in my 20+ years as a martial artist.If I can survive Mexico and Fallujah I'm sure I can survive Afghanistan.

Here comes another good news,bad news posts.
Good News:As of next Wed. of next week I'll have my teaching certificate from Grand Master Ip Chun.
Bad News:I'll be heading to Afghanistan earlier than first posted.My new leave date will be July 19.

Well to start off Thank you Lidia.It's definitely been a hard road to obtain my achievement but even without the certificate it was good to finally get back to doing things for myself.I truly envy your optimism because 18 months is a long time to be away.

To be more exact I won't be home until Jan.19 2012.The government is in charge of the Army but they won't change anything because they won't listen to reason.

What is popular is not always what is right, and what is right is not always popular.
The above saying is a large reason as to why U.S. government has problems, as it encourages the people in charge to focus on doing the popular thing more than the right one. That and our businesses seem to have been interwoven into the government sector in a bad way. |

The drawback however is that the popular thing has 2 problems associated with it.
1)It's impossible to accomplish
2)It has lost it's popularity.
I fully agree on the businesses being intertwined with the government but as the old saying goes"money makes the world go round."

With 2 weeks maybe left I just wanted to say that if I don't make it that I want you guys to know this:
I have nothing but love and respect for everyone here as I consider everyone here to more like my family and I hope for the best in your everything you do in life.For all the new people now and to come I apologize for not hopping on and giving the "welcome to BonBon!" speech and I hope you find much joy and happiness here.For anybody that feels that I've disrespected or hurt them in any way all I can say is that I'm truly sorry.If it was in my power to change the past I'd do it in a heartbeat.Without question,doubt,hesitation,or fail.But I can't change what I can't change and hopefully my death might make us friends again.Lastly for Ron,Vanessa,and Martin.I wish you continued success and luck with the comic and I hope it gets bigger and better.
