Just got to thinking about something I've wanted to do for a long time, but am unable to unfortunately because I live in the US. I'd heard about absinthe for a long time, and always thought it was some kind of narcotic because people talked about it like it was a drug. After seeing Moulin Rouge, I found out it was actually a type of alcohol.
Since then I've wanted to try genuine Absinthe. Unfortunately because of the US laws regarding narcotics, and absinthe's hallucinogenic effects, the real stuff is illegal here. As a result if I ever go abroad, or i can somehow get my hands on a bottle of the real stuff, I'd love to try it.
I'm also wondering what other members of the site have always wanted to try, but for some reason haven't. _________________ My Fursona(updates occasionally) http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7537

For some reason, I always wanted to go sailing around a beach coast and enjoy the sight and smell of the sea. _________________ My Fursona

((Um... Jerin...
Even the Absynth made in Europe now no longer has the botanicals in it that gave it its legendary madness-inducing, halucinating effects...
...I've had it in Germany and Luxemborg... and it was just nasty, nasty, gross, grain-alcohol.
Me? I've always kinda wanted to see Niagara Falls... and maybe ride down it in one of those high tech barrel thingies.)) |

Things I've always wanted to do... Hmm...
What kind of things are we talking about here? Things we want to do and under the right circumstances would do? Or things we'd like to do but are either not able to do or simply don't have the stones to do? Personally, I'd like to throw a few dozen eggs off the top of the Empire State building while someone is down on the ground filming the chaos as people run around screaming "OH MY FUCKING GOD!!! IT'S RAINING EGGS!!!"
Perhaps graffiti Mount Rushmore, not for the purpose of defacing it, but for the purpose of seeing the response it would cause. "Someone spray painted Mt. Rushmore!? lolwut!?"
I could go on, but my ideas start to become increasingly sadistic and warped so I think I will leave it as is. _________________

Some absinthe still makes you trip. Thats why in the navy they screen what types of absinthe you bring back over seas. And it is strong you have to cut it with suger to make it drinkable unless you like that heavy burning sensation.
Lets see. I always wanted to make love on a water bed even though everyone tells me its incredibly hard to make a woman climax.
I've also wanted to own the complete line of automatic firearms from HK but cant since I live in Californa. |

I have a few things I'd probably like to do at some point.
The top of the list of less likely to occur is to go sky-diving.
Another less likely to occur would be to travel across Europe. (Also to get to Canada and visit the Golden Glass )
A more likely to occur that would likely happen before the trip to Europe would be to learn several languages. (Wonder how that Rosetta Stone program works...)
And finally, the most likely to occur: Become a father. (Though this is most likely to occur, it won't be for a few more years when my wife and I are more financially capable of supporting a little one) |
