So when they say, the "World", what exactly do they mean? The planet? Civilisation? Disney? Prophets constantly use such vague terms because it's easier to talk your way out of being wrong. Already the spiritualist nuts are claiming that the end of the "World" referred to in this Mayan thing is all some kind of collective human consciousness thing.
Nostrodomus did the same crap, making some of the most garbled, senseless ballyhoo and allowing obsessive nut balls to decipher it any way they wanted. Anything that is THAT open to interpretation is NOT real information. It's bait on a hook for hungry fish. _________________ "One night in Bangkok and the world's your oyster.

People love to look back at events and go "Nostrodamus predicted that, and he was right."
Of course, I have yet to see any predictions matched to an event BEFORE they happened. We only seem to know which predictions mean what after they've happened.
In which case, Moby Dick predicted the end of the world about as well as Nostradamus did. _________________ http://www.furaffinity.net/user/vergil - Home of Vergil's ranting and of would-be fantasy epic, Insontis Somnium. Go there, NOW.:E |

Here's a Prediction:
It's a Load of Feckin' Bollocks, and If I wake up on the day and find I'm wrong I will stand corrected _________________

lets just all agree that the world will end. and when it does, what are we going to do about it. NOTHING. what can we do? repent for our sins, riot, party out of control? what will you do when the world does end? thats what we need to be asking _________________ my fursona http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9199

*Zombie Alain sits up*
Well, I ment my world, after all what other worlds matter to me? The Wonderful World of Warcraft? Willingly, I say no. The Wacky World of the Wild West? I say this Wonderingly _________________ Alain Daishar Profile: http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8174&highlight= |
