I realize I have spent less time here as of late. Whether it be to waning interest or an inability to multi-task appropriately, I haven't decided. Still, should there be those out there who had thought me gone, I assure you I have no intention of leaving this community anytime soon.

I think I've been here long enough to know a joke from an insult. I just know that some people can't stand to see a person not having a post in 2 or 3 days without assuming something happened.

In my case, it's more of attempting to balance time. I like to play RuneScape, but had lately been less active there. Now I have my reasons for wanting to play a lot more, but my activity here had to therefore lessen. I'm trying to balance it out so that I can at least make 1-3 posts here a day, but still spend most of my time in the game.

i have a time machine in my apartment. it's essentially a cardboard box and on the side i wrote "time machine" in sharpie.

I think it's just a matter of avoiding anticipation craze. I know my avatar is on the list and should be getting made some time in the hopefully not too distant future. Still, one starts to get anxious after awhile, and I think I'm better off without it. So, the casual correspondence works well, especially since I'm great at good story lines that end up flopping in RPs...
