What Do You Guys Think? Is world ending in year 2012?

What do you guys think about the upcoming 2012?

Planet X Nibiru, if really exists and approaching, can be a big threat to the earth and its people.
Michel de Nostredame predicted some kind of huge space collision that will occur around year 2000.
Will the comet or asteroid really fall in the aegean sea (Greece) and huge tsunami will hit the mount Olympus (2917 metres high).
If he is right and mayans as well, it looks like the end of the world is really close.

I think something is going on alrdy... so many earthquakes in the last year, h1n1,irak....

What do you guys think? Should we worry?

these kinds of bad things have been happening all throughout history. first all these things happen for a few decades, then it quiets down for awhile, picks back up, quiets down. it's just a cycle of human nature and mother nature.

the mayans didnt predict the world would end in 2012 they just made there calender in 2000 year intergers thinking a new one would be made when the old one expired noostradomas is a someone who guessed at random things and very few of them actually came true while the others were forgotten its hard to sell the idea if all of his other rambles never happend so all this end of the world is bull its the exact same as the y2k bug that was sappose to end \the world in 2000

I sincerely doubt it. If I had a dollar for every 'THE END IS NIGH' scare, I'd be one rich mofo. Just in the past decade we've had Y2k, the bible, The Large Hadron Collider twice, and now the aztec calendar.

Funny thing is, I've seen an interview with a modern day aztec shaman, and he basically said "I am so sick of people asking me about that nonsense" when asked about it. I'm fairly certain the only reason the aztec calendar ends in 2012 is because they didn't think that far ahead.

Long awnser: Humanity through out history has been screaming some thing orther has been a sign of the end of the world some examples include, the black plauge, world war I, The forming of the UN, the setting of social security numbers, and lets not forget the Y2K virus. the world is going to end in 2020. because it's going to be the biblical apocolypse. yes ladies and gentlemen. the rapture is upon us *shakes hands in the air* it's going to be a horrible sight.

first there will be these giant holes that open up in the ground, then these skulls with bat wings will fly out and gnaw on people kidneys, then these volcanos will appear and spew period blood in the sky, and the blood will take the form of avril lavigne's face, and she'll recite the goodwill hunting screenplay, and th words will turn into razor blades and shear your flesh off, george bush will be president again, and mediocrity will hold sway.

anyone can make a prediction on how the world is going to end. the only thing is, there just predictions. unless you can look up in the sky and see a comet coming right for us, then you might be able to say "the world is going to end because of that huge comet coming right for us." other than that, no one will ever have actual evidence that the world is going to end on a specific day.

If I ever walk outside in the morning clutching a cup of coffee and go to get my mail only to find the sky is on fire and people are exploding around me (Or whatever the end holds) I'm gonna finish my coffee and then kick my landlord in the nuts, then head out and get Laid.

when you talk about this topic though, you have to remember that there are those out there that will believe anything. and i mean ANYTHING.

just last night i got my friend with this very same topic. i told him the world was going to end the year after 2012 (just like when they said that y2k was supposed to happen in 2001, but they said that the night before the new year.) so i told him that the end of the world is going to be in 2013. last week i asked him if he heard about the new sony teleporter..........he said, and i quote, "no but i heard about it on the news". there are people that will believe anything. my friend isnt dumb, he's just stoned all the time. lol
