So What, It's Just a Typo...

As we all know, some typos are simply innocent little mistakes. However, with web addresses, it can be the difference between sending someone to a YouTube video or a malicious copycat.

Unfortunately, this comes from personal experience, and while AVG has done a good job of deflecting malicious activity, I am now plagued by continuously random IE windows popping up.

Moral of the story: Double check the link you are about to send before you send it!

i agree shadow i've had things like that happen to me and got some pretty nasty virus to boot.
