I want to share some recipes my mother sent me to try and they are good. This is also open to anyone else who might have a meal they like. The first part is the list of items you'll need for a good meal.
Corn Muffin Mix
1 can peaches
1 can pears
Rice
1 package hamburger meat
1 small onion
1 can kidney beans
1 can diced petite diced tomatoes
Sharp cheese
Beans and Rice
COOK YOU RICE FIRST and set aside then follow directions below
1 package hamburger
1 SMALL onion chopped real fine
2 to 3 cups cooked rice
1 can of kidney beans DRAINED
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Brown hamburger, when done add chopped onions and cook about 5 minutes longer.
Add chili powder, garlic powder, COOKED rice, kidney beans and tomatoes, heat through.
Pour into a 2-3 quart casserole dish, COVER and bake for 25 minutes.
When you pull it out of the oven Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese
Serve with Corn Muffins and Fruit
A nice simple supper
You should get 4 servings out of this and along with the corn muffin and fruit you should have enough.

1 box spiral pasta (or what ever you want)
1 can tomato sauce 8- ounces
1 can tomato paste - 6 ounces
1 can or jar pizza sauce - 15 ounces
garlic powder

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
mozzarella cheese
pepperoni slices
Pizza Casserole
Preheat Oven to 350
Cook 2-3 cups of Noodles, drain and set aside,(DONOT OVER COOK as they will finish in baking time set)
Brown ground beef and chopped onion together just to done
Add to cooked ground beef and onions
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 can/jar pizza sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp sugar
Add COOKED pasta stir together
Grease a baking dish (I would just use cooking spray)
Add half of the pasta mixture - top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Add last half of pasta - top with 1 more cup of cheese
Top with Pepperoni slices
Bake 25 30 minutes or until cheese is melted
I love both of these and would recommend for anyone. _________________ I am what I am and proud to be who I am.

Since we're talking about recipes, I figured I'd share one that I recently tried out. This one's especially good for chocolate lovers:
Sugar Coated Chocolate Cookies (or as I call them, Devil Cookies)
1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup Cane Sugar (the sugar with large crystals!)
Mix the cake mix, eggs, vanilla and oil in a bowl. Roll the dough into balls and roll the dough into the sugar. Place the dough balls onto a cookie sheet with non-stick spray on the pan. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for ten minutes or until the tops of the cookies crack. _________________ My Fursona

My bachelor's choice: Beans, weinies, and rice.
1 can of Bush's Baked Beans, classic style.
1 package of party cocktail weinies.
2 cups of instant rice.
Spray a large skillet or wok with Pam or vegetable oil, enough so that it covers the bottom of the pan and put the stove on high.
Strain any liquids before placing the tiny sausages into the skillet or wok and cut them each into thirds or fourths.
Cook the sausages for about 15 minutes and apply the baked beans in with the sausages, wait five minutes while stirring.
Follow the directions of the instant rice, usually two cups should work with a full meal (1/2 a cup with applied contents of beans and wienies if eating alone). After placing the steamed rice with the wienies, let it sit for half an hour and prepare for a good dinner.
WARNING: Not the most nutritious, but something that can easily void hunger for long periods of time. _________________
