You're going to have to email Vanessa and the artists (Federico and Serena) at vixine.com directly for commissions. Their email addresses are listed in the members area.
But yes- they're already pre-occupied with doing the comics and weekly strip tease images.
If you guys have requests on what you would like to see as a Pinup, please post your suggestions.
