I sometimes play whenever I want to get into it, but I cancelled my subscription, so the answer is no for now. I was a person to play any kind of role with my three primaries. _________________

Yeah, the game can get addicting. I sometimes spent entire nights playing at first. _________________

Oh dude, you're telling me. My roommate is level 80 and he just keeps going on quests for gear for pvp. one time he had me stand in and play for him because he had to go to his girlfriends house, but he was in the middle of a quest. Needless to say, I died within 45 seconds of touching the keyboard. I don't think I could really get hooked on it. For some reason it doesn't really appeal to me, but dang does Blizzard have that corner of the market nailed. _________________ Alain Daishar Profile: http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=8174&highlight= |

Well, you have to know what you are doing at that point of the game so its no surprise you died. It took me two full months to get the game mechanics down. And even when you get to level 80, its all about getting the gear at that point and waiting for the following expansion pack. If you ever get the luck to play an End dungeon, you get a small chance at the end to get a chance of getting a legendary weapon. I had three primaries, Two on the Ali, and one on a PVP server for the Horde.
Priest/Bloodelf= Rulandia 38 (Healer)
Rogue/Human= Runai 71 (DPS)
DeathKnight/Human=Runaii 72 (Tank) _________________

Wow seems to be my favorite MMO, the other games I tried just doesn't compare for some reason. _________________

I tried LOTRonline... mega waste of time.
Perfect World was GREAT... until they fucked up my characters by changing all the customization options.
EVE is OK.
Lately I've been playing Star Trek Online. A bit on the buggy side but pretty good. _________________

I am a Star Trek fan, but the game from what I heard seemed repetetive. _________________

When you get right down to it, all games are repetitive. The space fighting is quite good. It actually takes some semblance of skill to fight rather than just press a button all the time. Keeping your strongest shields facing your enemies, managing your shields, rerouting power to weapons, engines and shields. Special abilities help with other things. Ground combat is a little less complicated, but then there isn't quite as much ground combat to engage in. There isn't a lot of shortage of people to help on missions because when you do one, half the time you get automatically placed in an instance where there are people doing that mission already.
As far as repetitive goes, I'd say it's no more repetitive than any other game, but that's my personal opinion. _________________

Very True, but in some cases like mine, when you start one good thing, its hard to turn away from it. _________________

I'll agree with that. I think the only reason I've lost most of my interest in WoW was because I played it pretty much day in and day out for 2 years straight. As I was still quite new to the whole MMO idea, I was like a person that could never get enough and then suddenly had enough. The novelty wore off and now I'm taking a break. I still enjoy playing it, when I play it, but I just don't have quite the motivation to start playing it as I once did. _________________

Yeah, same here, if I ever do play again, its going to be when I use the store bought cards that you buy at places like Gamestop and the like. Never with my debit card anymore. _________________

Yeah, sixty dollars every several months is'tn too bad, but I have a limit now. I used to rock being the Rogue though. It helped when I wanted to take on small groups of enemies. In dungeons though, it became a pain. I just recently started on the healer class, but its been quite awhile since I even played, almost a year now. _________________

My main is a hunter. Though I have one of almost every class, most are not that high though. I tried the healer class and found a real rush trying to keep everyone alive. Never had a complaint about my healing, even as a shadow priest. _________________

The hunter was my first class ever. And yeah, I tried to get all the basic classes to 20, which was easy. Yeah, being a BE priest was awesome, and I intend to switch to Holy once I get to the higher levels. _________________

Mage was my first class. Kinda got used to the game then when I got my ass handed to me by a hunter 4 levels under me I decided to try hunter class and loved it. _________________

Considering that Hunters can fill most roles other than healing, so it can be very versatile in most situations. Its like having two characters using only one. _________________

Being a gnomish engineer, my hunter can actually do a nice little variety of things most don't expect... like fly. Oh god that was so funny.
On a PVP run in Nagrand, I had an ally hunter on my tail and I was almost dead. So I turned and made for the gorge and jumped. I activated my parachute camp and float down safely... as I floated I looked behind me to see the ally hunter jump after me... to his death. _________________

lol, he must have expected there to be somewhere safe to land after you made the jump. I so rocked the Death Knights, I can't believe how cool they were when they first came out. I certainly hope more hero classes come out in the future. Anyways, I remember on Hellfire ramparts when me and four other DK grouped together, pulled each group, and used the Death and Decay spell which made quick work all through the dungeon. _________________

Well, Blizz did advertise the DK as their first Heroic class, so it stands to reason that there will be others. _________________
