My addiction with MGS4 is at a standstill. It has been exchanged for Armored Core. I just had to post a topic so I can hear other people's opinions, tactics, schematics and........tactics, of AC.

......yes, I've gone stupid. Seems like I have a bad case of ACDS ( Armored Core Disorder syndrome).

i usually go with speed and lots of missiles if its a really easy target and switch to heavier weapons for bigger stuff

What I usually do is I pump up my speed and go heavy with the melee attacks.

in chrome hounds i had a lethal sniper set up could one shot anything but the heaviest armored hounds.

never had much luck doing it in armored core.

Snipers are still good. You just have to switch from Long to Medium range, or they won't be as usefull.

Lolno....

I'm the biggest noob of the group, seeing as I got my hands on AC4 about a month or two ago. I'm just a hell of a quick learner. And yes, if you come even near me with a sniper rifle, it will become a "how many times can I kill him with this much ammo?" situation.

We have to get into a Battleroyal someday.

The armored core game really became different after it got to the recent generation console (XB360 and PS3). It used to be so much slower in the older systems.

Enjoy Blaqk, Edge and Astute. They should help plenty in AC4. Once I get Blaqk up to spec in For answers, it should make your life easier also. Take note that we BARELY defeated Mars in that battle....right after he took down our heaviest AC and our lightest (( Me.... )) AC in a wooping time total of 4 minutes.

....and Xivk, when AC5 comes out, we SHALL rule the world. Also Silver, when I'm not able to play Live, I could mark you up some AC parts and weapons that make for good customizations based on Player technique.

.....like when you saw me totally evade yer attacks with a heavyweight mech while speeding down on you two Sakunabi Grenade Launcher's and Musselshell Missile combo.
