I just saw this movie in the theater, which is weird because I haven't seen any of the other terminator movies, but looking at it from a stand-alone view, I thought it was a awesome movie. Has anyone else seen it yet?
Also if you haven't seen the movie don't read cause it could spoil it for you! _________________ Niam's Fursona

I've seen them all and own the previous three and I can say without a doubt that this movie certainly held up well to it's legacy. A very good movie all around. The game was very disappointing, however. _________________ Silentium est aurum |

That's so true, now usually when you make a movie from a game it's different, but it's more like a crap shoot. I've heard that the doom movie sucked, hardcore. _________________ Niam's Fursona

I was already burned by T3, and could only sit through one episode of the "Sarah Connor Chronicles", so I really haven't been interested in seeing this new Terminator movie.
On the other topic, I can think of one example of a really good game based on a movie: Spider-Man 2 by Activision. One of those games that I constantly throw into my old PS2 on a whim... still have sooo many side-missions to beat on that thing... _________________ Johnny's Fanfics (including Sureshot! I saw it the day it was released and it did a splendid job on how it was portrayed from some of the original content.
I haven't played the game yet, but to be honest, if I play it a few times, I could at least get the GS, even if it did suck for the three sixty. _________________

Only part of that movie i thought was any good was the first person segment. Everything else just didn't live up to the game's legacy.
As for T4, definitely rocked, and a nice recovery from T3. Nice to see it going back towards the action flick that the original movie was. _________________ My Fursona(updates occasionally) http://forums.pleasurebonbon.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7537

Yeah, I just got done watching all the Terminator movies, so now the whole story makes sense to me. Perhaps my favorite scene from the older movies is when they tell the terminator to drop the coffin, you'd think that would be the least of there concerns.
As far as the Doom movie goes, I'm myself have only heard hear-say, I'll have to rent it and see it. _________________ Niam's Fursona
