Alright, I'll bite... what does wearing pants have anything to do with being a thief?
And, I would have thought after the first... mis-adventure with his mask, Randy would have at least poked eye-holes in the thing. |

Hmm... I didn't know that was the meaning of his mask, I thought it was just a disguise. you know, so he couldn't get recognized when stealing panties!
