mac

just wanted to get some opinion, i have been thinking of buying a mac *holds up riot sheild to block barrage of stones*, i have been using pc since day one more or less but have begun to wonder is maybe their are some benefits to usign a mac as i dont do much gaming on my comp anymore as i mostly play games on my consoles. i already know that macs tend to be a bit more expensive but i have noticed there are a lot of benefits. so without starting a crusade can i get some opinions on whether or not it is wise to buy a mac

I use a mac, and as I said in the pc vs mac thread, it really depends on what you're planning on using your computer for. In my personal opinion, if you're going to be doing alot of editing, or programming, a mac is worth it. It is more expensive, but I feel that the graphics are better (altough you could just get a nice monitor). you definitely want to get alot of opinions and talk to reps at the apple store or at best buy. see what they personally use.

yeah pretty much what bashful said. if you're doing alot of programing, graphics, video, or web design, Macs are better. Business, school, and sad as i am to say this, gaming, you might was to look at pc. this is just generalization however, and talking to an expert is definitely advised.
